加油站客户关系管理系统的分析与设计

摘 要:目前,中国的成品油行业正面临着日趋激烈的竞争。中国石化销售东北
分公司正着力建设以客户为中心的服务体系,这对于维系老客户,争取新客户,
挖掘优质客户,增强市场竞争能力有重要的意义。本文立足中国石化销售东北分
公司,结合CRM(Customer Relationship Management)管理理念,分析了所属网
点加油站建立CRM 系统的必要性,初步设计了一套基于B/S结构的加油站客户
关系管理系统。
