【摘要】

 隨著知識經濟時代的來臨 ， 知識成為企業組織提升競爭力的關鍵資源 ， 知 識

管理因而成為二十一世紀企業經營的重要潮流，而在圖書資訊專業工作的領域

中 ， 這股知識管理的熱潮對於在企業組織的資料單位中服務的圖書資訊專業人員

來說衝擊最大 。 本文由資訊服務之轉變與專門圖書館員角色轉遷談起 ， 接著介紹

知識管理的相關概念 ， 並釐清其與資訊管理的關係 ， 之後說明圖資專業人員如何

將其專長應用在知識管理的領域 ， 期望對在職的專門圖書館員和有志投入工商界

服務的圖資專業人員有所助益。
